Cool exhibits about the history of New Mexico. I liked the chronological order it went from about 1500's to present day discussing both the good and bad interactions between Native Americans, Spanish, and Americans. Really gives a new perspective on the timeline of America! Plus...More

Initially, we thought this would be a simplistic museum with ho-hum information. We were totally surprised and very pleasantly pleased to have entered this museum. There is so much history and dynamic information - definitely not to be missed. We were awed!!

Pleasant building giving a good overview of the history of the area, giving due space to native American exhibits. Definitely worth a visit.

Well done exhibits in a large building. They had a 60's counterculture exhibit and a Vietnam Veteran's letters exhibit, both fantastic. Plus a permanent collection downstairs. Its easy to get around and the gift shop is also good.
