Just attended a 4 hour class with Chef Allen Smith, it was fabulous. Learned so much about cooking, New Mexico flavors and how to work with them. Meal was fantastic. Beautiful classroom very comfortable.

Yes. They give you a printed pamphlet with the recipes in it and space to take notes. This class was great.
