Here in New Mexico, we still have skies that are clear and dark enough to explore the many fascinating jewels of the night. Our safe and secure observing site is an easy drive out of Santa Fe. Come spend an evening getting acquainted with some of nature’s most distant and beautiful creations. A giant telescope and our expert guide will spark your sense of wonder with close-up views of planets, nebulae, star clusters and distant galaxies.

Got lucky with the weather. Peter was an entertaining and informative host and the views of Jupiter and Saturn were amazing. For a city dweller, seeing the Milky Way with the naked eye was breathtaking. Highly recommended when in the Santa Fe area.

Plan on 1.5 to 2 hours from the scheduled start time. Actual tour length can vary due to group size, questions to address and viewing conditions. I don't mind if people leave 'early'

restroom facilities are a porta potty. Also it can get quite cold. There is a shed to warm up in but you miss the stars.
