We didn't do the tour, but we tried the tasting menu of their spirits. Their gin is really interesting. Definitely not like a London Dry gin. If you've dismissed gin because you don't like juniper, give the Santa Fe Spirits gin a try. Smells like...More

After a brief tour of the distillery where we learned all about how various spirits are made, we moved to the tasting area where we sampled all of their spirits. We learned a lot and discovered some new favorites.

From tasting local spirits and getting some awesome nearby food recommendations, this small tasting bar was exactly what we needed to get a feel for local flavor! Greg was great!

The tasting room is a ten minute walk from the Hilton. We had a tasting flight we split between the two of us for $15. It included all the spirits they made. The single malt was very, very good. I also bought three bottles.
