Come out to the Santa Fe Spirits Distillery to see how we make our hand-crafted, award-winning spirits! Book your tour at our website. Or just stop in to the tasting room to try some of the best cocktails in the Southwest.
My wife and I took the toor and tasting and really enjoyed both. The tour only takes about 30 minutes but it’s nice the tasting takes about another 45 minutes. I wound up buying 3 bottles. Friends this ain’t the cheap stuff. I highly recommend.
We didn't do the tour, but we tried the tasting menu of their spirits. Their gin is really interesting. Definitely not like a London Dry gin. If you've dismissed gin because you don't like juniper, give the Santa Fe Spirits gin a try. Smells like...More
After a brief tour of the distillery where we learned all about how various spirits are made, we moved to the tasting area where we sampled all of their spirits. We learned a lot and discovered some new favorites.

Not only did we learn a...More
If you have the time the tour and the tasting at the distillery are fantastic. The selection of spirits is awesome. I have been drinking Colkegan single malt for a few years. There are limited caskings available at the distillery. James offers a tour of...More
On the way to a conference used a Groupon coupon to visit both the distillery & tasting room downtown. The distillery tour was just us so we learned a lot & met the head distiller. Our tour guide was also the bartender who served us...More
You lookin' for quality craft cocktails? THS is THE place! New Mexico distilled spirits creatively (and *perfectly*) concocted into mind blowing beverages, by Cliff. Lovely relaxed ambiance. Most reasonably priced spirits in town, so far. OMG, one of my top three Santa Fe favorites!
My daughter and I went on our last night in Sante Fe. This was only the second day in the new location but the gentleman behind the bar worked like a pro. He was very informative and helpful regarding all the questions and about the...More
The tasting room is a ten minute walk from the Hilton. We had a tasting flight we split between the two of us for $15. It included all the spirits they made. The single malt was very, very good. I also bought three bottles.
