Loved seeing the work of Kiki Smith and some other artists I did not know. Quite an art education to be exposed to them. The gallery is grand and spacious and and lends itself to large works. Surprisingly they had one or two artists at the beginning of their careers whose work was still affordable. Nice addition!

A vast space for art throughout this entire gallery. In the main room there is an exhibit f an artist of whom I've not heard of nor seen. You will not be able to take you eyes or the interactive artwork on the walls in the main gallery. The rest of the gallery had many visuals as most galleries do.... More

The art for sale at this gallery is amazing. Truly Museum quality. Unless have lots to spend on art, I would suggest you go just to look.

If you're really interested in art, don't miss this gallery. It's near Canyon Road, but not OF Canyon Road. No tourist trap, this is a serious gallery with a collection of extraordinary work at extraordinary prices. Don't miss the garden at the back of the large gallery space. And you may find a piece by an up-and-coming artist that you... More

Since you're in the neighborhood visiting the stunning Nedra Mattucci compound you're already only a couple of blocks from Gerald Peters breathtaking new gallery. He used to be just off upper Canyon Road near where Geronimo is now. It was a lovely gallery and Mr. Peter's represented many New Mexico's most world famous artists including Georgia O'Keeffe for decades. There... More

One of the nicest things about living in Santa Fe is that you can drop in at major galleries, such as Gerald Peters' regularly and never be disappointed. There is great selection of established artists as well as work from emerging artists. If you are in town and want to see good art, do not miss this gallery.

If you see only one gallery in Santa Fe this should be the one! They have art from contemporary artists to Western Painters and the Taos moderns. Feels like a museum but it's free! Check it out art lovers!
