This is actually really cool!
It comes free when visiting the caves of luray and it shows a great number of unique and cool cars in chronoligical order.
I only wish fhwy didnt paste "do not touch signs" all over the cars. But i guess its for a reason

Very informative and more history and interesting cars and carriages than we expected. Would definitely recommend it if you are in the area. We spent about 45 minutes here.

We stopped at the Luray caverns and knew the car museum was there and was pleasantly surprised , it was well worth the time to walk through and see all the history under one roof

Amazing old car museum. We wondered around after the Caverns. You got a free pass with your admission into the Caverns. It was fun to look at the older cars and see the size of the seats compared to what we have now. It should only take you 20 minutes at most to go through the collection.

I have been to several car museums across the country, and this one has to be the best one I've ever seen! They have an impressive collection from every time period and they are all GOREGOUS. A lot of love and money was put into these pieces. It is definitely worth a visit.

The writing besides the car are interesting, full of history. But it is difficult to read as fonts are small and it is not well lit. Cars are kept in an ok condition.

Definitely worth seeing! A delightful travel through history. The restorations were very well done, and you were able to get close up for inspection and pictures.

History of the automobile, amazingly beautiful vehicles in perfect condition. I thought the older ones were reproductions, they were so well preserved.

about how long should we plan for visting here?

The Car and Carriage museum itself would take about an hour. If you plan to enjoy the caverns and other sites you'll want to plan 3 to 4 hours. The cavern tour is scheduled for just over 1 hour.

Oh WOW! I need to make a correction to my review on The Car and Carriage Caravan Museum. Our guests that use our key with "Joey's River Paradise" on it gets $5.00 off their admission yo enter. Sorry if this inconvenience!
