Dukes of Hazzard Memorabilia
If you're a fan of the show, you should stop by if you're in the area. I'm not sure I would call it a destination (I'm sure it was a few decades ago and maybe still is for special events). It feels like it could fold up at any time. But the museum and the cars are a fantastic tribute to the show. Although the show tips it's hat to the confederacy with the General Lee, this store leans in pretty good with its share of Stars and Bars insignia. If you don't like the show or the confederate flag, this isn't the place for you. You can drive on by..."Keep it between the ditches".

A Blast from the Past
If you are old enough to remember the Dukes of Hazard, this place is a must-see! It was free to get in and the folks there were very friendly.

Cute place if you have time to kill
Cute place if you have time to kill. We were able to take some pictures with the General Lee and look in the museum. It was free unless you wanted to buy something.

The Dukes Win Again
I came by here a few years ago at a week at Massanutten and stopped here for a geocache close to an orange cow with number 1 on the side. This was the Dukes of Hazzard Museum just south of Luray. I came with my SO who said she enjoyed the TV show very much. I found it quite interesting and not as expensive as some tourist places are - especially close to Luray. My SO bought some local apple butter and I got a blue decal with a white star. We had a fun time and she enjoyed this beautiful area.

Typical tourist trap
Expensive tourist items. Nothing special to see here even if a DOH fan. Brought some folks from out of town to see, not impressed.

Wow!!! This is a gem to find, we were not even aware of this place! What an awesome display of prop from the show and reading Congressman (R) Ben “Cotter” Jones bio. What an impressive man. The actual Boss Hogg’s car (Cadillac) is also on display.

If you are a fan of the Dukes of Hazzard, you will enjoy going into this establishment. The cars, history......just plain entertaining.

This place was really nice to look through. Has cars that are owned by the actual cast. Staff is extremely friendly!!! We spent a good 15 min or more just chit chatting with them. Such a good time

Yes, you need to stop here.
Had to stop here. SO FUN! Super friendly staff! The General Lee, Boss Hog's Cadillac, Daisy's Jeep, Cooter's Tow Truck, Rosco’s police car and more. Great museum and gift shop. Cant leave without pictures and souvenirs. Thank you!
