Beautiful area, great history. Park area great for bike riding, walking, touring by car. Used often for photo shoots with trees, and cannons , path area with wild flowers, trees of color on fall. Just lovely.

We were impressed with this Civil War cemetery. There were coins placed on most of the stones. Signs with touching sayings make this place more sacred. Very well kept. It was an honor to visit.

You will be amazed at the number of northern troops who lie there. You will find coins on top of the graves left from distant relatives. Very touching!
