As all the other reviews stated, this place was everything a visitor center should be. Tons of info and really helpful people. It's centrally located and a great starting spot for the area.

I think they've got a brochure for everything in Arizona, but the people running the desk know their stuff and will happily help you. As a bonus, they are housed in a rennovated train depot with nice grounds.

The visitors bureau is currently in the train station and there is lots of great info on the entire state and local area. Staff is very friendly and helpful, as was the Amtrak clerk.

Hey, Jessica! Happy 2017! I was just there today (1/6/2017), and I see you guys are recovering from a snowstorm. Pretty neat that that snow is from 2016! I was wondering why you stopped having the zoom feature on the cam. Also, I want to request a new position looking at San Francisco Street and the Lumberyard Brewery! One question, when did you install the cam? Do you have any footage of the installation? I didn't realize there was a cam there until July of 2015! Thanks! Happy New Year!

Hey, Flagstaff CVB. I was wondering why the webcam has a reconnect screen every so often. I was just wondering, why does it go automatically to the peaks when I am not done looking at the trains. I am so happy you installed this cam. Is that why the windows on the 2nd floor where covered? Please let me know. I love this train station!! Keep on making visitors attract this place!!
