My husband and do a lot of traveling, and love to go to the theater. We were blown away by the quality of this performance, very professional. This is a seasonal event in Medora, and I am pretty sure it closes this week. Call before going. A+++

We so enjoyed this. So informative. We learned things we did not know previously. He looked like "Teddy", Acted like "Teddy" and talked like "Teddy". A must see when in Medora! ND.

This was the first time I have seen the play even though I have been to Medora quite a few times. The play was good and interesting, but I can't give it a 5 rating because Teddy talked a bit too fast at times and he didn't use an amplifier even though there was one available. I enjoyed the play... More

This one hour show is worth every penny. The actor portraying Theodore Roosevelt is very knowledgable about the life of the former president. It was such a treat to see this performance. The only minor damper was the screaming kid in the back row. This is not a show for kids under the age of 8. However, the actor handled... More

What a treat to see someone so immerse themselves in a role where you can not separate the actor from the person they are personifying. So much enjoyed listening to the stories of Teddy Roosevelt told by Wiegand in the Old Town Hall Theater. Don't miss it!

We stopped in Medora to eat lunch and the timing was right to see this early afternoon show. We learned a lot about Teddy Roosevelt. Highly recommend. Lasted about an hour. Thank you, TR Joe.

Spent two days in Medora doing the Musical, Steak Fondue, Chateau, etc. We enjoyed Joe Wiegand's hour as Theodore Roosevelt at the Old Town Hall Theater the most of anything we did. He was mesmerizing. We are great TR fans, and found this characterization captivating. Very talented individual and wonderful presentation. Thank you, Joe Wiegand!

The reenactor's name is Joe Wiegand. He has appeared as TR on the History Channel, in nationwide performances, and also was invited to the White House to perform for President George W. Bush. That being said, this is a professional one-man show that will have you enthralled. From the hilarious and heart-touching stories, to the big booming laugh, commanding voice... More

The ticket was $10 and well worth the one hour history of TR. The guy that portrays TR was excellent and could almost pass as his twin. I recommend this to anyone visiting in Medora.

I have to start out by saying I'm slightly obsessed with TR and have read a great deal about him. With that as a background, I was really impressed by the one hour performance delivered in the quaint theater. It was historically accurate and the performer mixed humor and drama to grip the audience. He knitted together quite a performance... More
