If you watch Hawaii 5-0, this is the spot you definitely have to check out! This is the head quarters and very high possibility of seeing the crew. This place is also very known for our King Kamehameha statue. Definitely a great spot to take pictures, also nearby the Iolani Palace.

This was an unexpected find. Very close to the Iolani palace this the justice department of Hawaii. As it is a working, government building you need to put your bags through a scanner and walk through a metal detector. It is also free( you can make a donation if you wish but there is no pressure,) Once inside you find... More

If you are a fan of the series, Hawaii Five-O, you'll enjoy coming here to see the building and statue that is in the beginning credits of Hawaii Five-O.

We visited the Judiciary building as part of our Honolulu city tour. A few interesting photo ops plus a good hot-dog cart on the road beside it.

Judiciary Building, Honolulu. Ornate but not a lot to see. It was an opening picture on Hawaii Five-O years ago.

I went during an open house and we just basically walked around and read the stuff on the walls. Wasn't much to it. Thankfully it was free.

We went to visit the King Kamehameha Statue and ended up going inside. The man and woman working the museum inside were so informative. You could tell they loved their job. We learned a lot about the history of the courts in Hawaii, especially martial law during WWII. The building is as great inside as it is outside!

This monarchy-era building, Once the "House of Nobles" branch of the Kingdom and now thehome of the State Supreme Court, andother offices has been sensitively restored to its' original intent and splendour. One wonders how a government agency managed to do this without gumming it up?
