I had the highest hopes for this Luau. It was my first night ever in Hawaii and also my birthday. We had booked this to celebrate my birthday and had paid the extra for the "Golden Circle Seating". We had to wait in line for...More

It cost us near $600 for four adults and two kids. The food was cold, half the entertainment advertised never happened. The website says three-hours of entertainment. About half the time we spent in line to get into the show or in line for the...More

The entertainment was great- and for the price- there wasn’t a too-bad seat in the House. We have been to fancier luau’s and paid the same price and couldn’t see a darn thing. Now- everything else? Kind of a bummer it is on a rooftop....More

Our Convention booked out the whole Luau on the Saturday night and added in a concert of our own. The food was delicious, traditional style Hawaiian food. The show was really nice, though I thought there could have been more traditional Hawaiian culture featured.

I should have known the over-priced luau was a rip off. Way too crowded. One beverage per person . Seriously for $114?? Stand in line for 45 minutes 30 minutes after opening for absolutely nothing. The luau on Maui was 100% better, no waiting, not...More

Went here for a special occasion. We were treated well and sat up front. The food is nothing to write home about but the dancing was amazing.

The entertainment and food was very good but some of the staff isn't very good and some have a problem with the English language. We asked to be seated with English speakers and no kids. They ended up seating a couple from Japan with a...More

Wonderful location, service and food. The entertainment was wonderful even if it was not altogether traditional. The fireworks made a great end to the week.

Show was great. Food was decent. Being on top of parking garage makes it a little less authentic. Probably not a "every time we visit " activity but we got our money's worth.

Located at the Hilton which was great as we stayed there this Luau is mixed at best. The entertainment is jovial without hitting great heights. The acts are good without wowing you. Sadly it's let down by the food which is cooked en mass so...More

The luau is not held on the rooftop on Fridays. Instead, there is something held on the lawn adjacent to the Duke Kahanamoku Lagoon. Not sure about the view from there.

The tickets that you are referring to could be the one that are given as an incentive to view the Hilton Grand Vacation. This would be your choice and could be what you have heard about.
