Due to homelessness Id rather stay away from the park. I used to run on the bike trail that runs through the park by the water but its just one of those things...people gotta go somewhere. Its too expensive here
We came here to kill time between lunch and Pearl Harbor. We pulled up and didn't even get out of the car. There was a large homeless camp along the shore and something shady going on in the parking lot.

Its located on the banks of Pearl Harbor. You can walk up to th e edge of the harbor. Can't swim - due to the Navy dumping their pollution, used fluids, bilge, etc. the place is unsuitable for fishing for 50 years.
