The crew was very friendly, and very knowledgeable. Saw turtles, white tip shark, and several other Hawaiian fish. I would definitely recommend. The sites were incredible.

We enjoyed the 10 minute boat ride out to board the submarine. There was no bad seat as every person had a window in front of them . The submarine made several turns in same area so you get to see the sealifte that was...More

This is a gimmick touristy thing to do. About half way through, my 9yo and we were bored. If you really want to see some fish, rays and turtles, get your snorkel gear and take a tour out to a nice reef.

This is something completely different and not something offered on every holiday. Spotted 8 turtles and a shark along with other fish species, a plane wreck and sunken ship. There's plenty of room to see so you're not fighting for a port hole to view...More

Arrived with great expectations. Convenient to reach the drop off and friendly staff. The submaine gives each person a seat next to a porthole. We saw artificial reefs, one natural reef, a deliberately sunken airplane. And some fish. Not that many - and (because of...More

Is there a "better" side to see the underwater life? And is there a "better" time of day to do this adventure (early morning vs middle of day vs later in the day)?

Aloha and thank you for your questions. Both sides of the submarine get the same incredible underwater views. Also all tours have the same route so no time is better than any other. Mahalo and we hope to welcome you aboard... More
