It's a shame that large cities carry a monopoly on most of the great art pieces. And the majority of the art isn't even on display! So it was with sadness that I saw the leftovers that Cincinnati had managed to gather. This is a beautiful museum filled with "meh" art. A few gems pop out from room to room.... More

The cafe was wonderful and if you got $10 in food parking was free. Only downside to this museum is that the layout did not have a good flow to it and you miss a lot .

My husband and I had a few hours to spare so we visited this wonderful Art Museum. Housed in a beautiful building it contains a large and varied selection of art and artifacts. Great area for kids and a nice little gift shop. Admission is free and parking is $4 but if you spend $ in the gift shop your... More

Regardless of time I have in Cincy, a visit to the Zoo and this Museum are non negotiable! It is lovely, always well curated and just a gem--especially in it's very special setting in Eden Park. One of the absolute must sees in a city that offers quite a bit for its size (yes I am biased, I grew up... More

Small but mighty; this was a delightful stop on our quick tour of southern Ohio. With our Head Museum pass from Phoenix we got free parking and the museum itself is free - imagine! It is a lovely small museum and was interesting for us to search out the particular things that were of interest to us - Native Ameican,... More

A lovely smaller museum set in an equally lovely park, this institution is a very pleasant way to spend some time, and won't cost you a penny due to their free admission. Don't miss the wonderfully interesting collection of Cincinnati art, on the lower level, something you will not find elsewhere. It includes work by Grant Wood, Edward Hopper, and... More

I visited with a friend recently for the first time since high school and was impressed with how big it was! While I didn't see too many famous pieces, they had a lot to see and the building is really cool, too. I really enjoyed the cafe as well, they have a nice courtyard to sit in. Admission is free...
