Spring Grove is a wonderful gem. It has ponds with ducks, a mini-train to ride, walking paths, and is on the historic register, as well as being an arboretum. Peaceful, parklike place. I drive through and stop at some of the outlooks and benches when...More

We stopped out of curiosity on a beautiful day. Note that the main office is in the NEW building inside the gates, not one of the prominent old buildings. The lady there was very helpful, pointing out a rack of information and making some suggestions....More

Absolutely Stunning, and well-kept. These grounds are hallowed, and the history to be learned here is plentiful. Certainly worth a visit.

Beautiful trees and flowers. Easy walking or driving trails. Lots of history. Unbelievable memorials to the people buried there.

The reason we visited Spring Grove Cemetery and Arboretum is because according to Wikipedia this is the 3rd largest nonprofit garden cemetery and arboretum in the USA. ( with 733 acres) It might be creepy for some but for us --was very relaxing. Great for...More

Love this place for all types of photography. The grounds are so well maintained and are top class! It’s weird to think that weddings and photography sessions happen at a cemetery but you just don’t feel like that when you are there. It’s simply so...More

This sounds strange, but my fiancé and I love cemeteries. They have so much history. This cemetery is so beautiful and peaceful. We could’ve spent an entire day there, but we got caught in a thunderstorm. We saw two separate weddings happening. It’s that gorgeous!...More
