You have to enjoy art and the many forms of art to enjoy the Contemporary Arts Center. I have visited many times with school groups, scouting groups and with my children by ourselves. Each time to notice something different and talk about it.

We made a stop here on a recent family trip to Cincinnati. I'd say we spent about 2 hours here with our 9 and 12 year old daughters. The museum is the perfect size - not too big to bore the kids and they were "rewarded" at the end with the UnMuseum on the 6th floor, which has some kid-friendly... More

The Contemporary art Center is located at 6th & Walnut Street downtown . We parked on the street for $ 3.00 using the meter. Pretty cheap for downtown parking if you can find an open spot available. There are plenty of parking lots or garages near by as well. The girls in the lobby were very friendly and helpful about... More

If you're a fan of contemporary art, go! Wonderful venue. We particularly enjoyed the Glenn Brown exhibit. Top floor is interactive--for kids.

The art center in downtown Cincinnati will most probably disappoint you if you have been in others in other cities. Small and conservative. It's free which is a big plus. The kids has a small and nice area which will not last for more than a hour in the sixth floor.

The space is awesome with cool stairs to walk between floors. They have modern or contemporary art, so a lot of mixed media. It is excellent for those into that type of art.

The exhibits are hit or miss and a tad stiff for being so "contemporary " . Worth going to if nothing better to do
