Artist Point was our favorite viewing area of the canyon area. If you're traveling and want photos with you in them, bring your selfie stick!

This is a quick stop place to see awesome views of a waterfall and surrounding canyon. There are steps and a walkway to get to viewing points.

Absolutely beautiful, absolutely crowded absolutely worthwhile! One of the most stunning places I've ever experienced. Ranger talks happen frequently near the viewing place, hikes are readily available and recommended. Parking here can be very challenging and far from the view. Get here early in the morning...More

Unless you go EARLY... skip this attraction, as you will not find parking, and not see the site... and will spend an hour or so in traffic unable to escape or turn around

This required a short trip from the parking lot that was easy for little kids to traverse. The view was the best we saw while we were there.

I was able to manage it on a broken foot using a cane - assuming you get a nearby park (and there was plenty of parking available when I visited but I was visiting very early in the season) there should not be an issue. If... More

I really couldn't say, it would depend on many things as you probably know. Lighting direction into the canyon, time of year depicting angle of light, many other factors. I would say go early if you don't want to be... More
