We got to the Bridal Veil Falls just about 6:30 in early May and the sun was just across from the face of the falls. Because of the force of the water, it is very wet (plan to be wet, or wear a raincoat) and...More

Not on most people's itinerary for Yosemite, but it probably should be - similar to the more popular Yosemite Falls. Got quite wet due to the spray, so bear that in mind if you are sensitive to things like that!

This "hike" is really just a paved path that is a short walk to the falls. Be prepared to get a little wet from the mist and spray!

It is a short hike to where water hits ground. Lots of mist. The roar of falling water is exciting. Do miss this wonder of nature

A very easy hike up to the base. It was paved so even wheelchairs could make it. Parking could be a problem.

Beaitiful falls but not as much as the Yosemite falls obviusly. To get the best of it don't go in the morning since there is no light hitting the water and they aren't as intresting.

I think the one thing you need to bring to Yosemite is a good poncho and some closed toed shoes, if you do that you'll have a great time.

Bridalveil Falls were so full that it was quite wet at the closest point of the access walkway. That was the first day we went. We went again right after it snowed, and it was downright treacherous. Despite warnings from everyone, people tried to traverse...More

Yosemite falls is a good walk, you can park in the little village and it's about a 30 minute walk each way. it's not too hilly and is pleasant!
