This is such a beautiful area. The highlight is walking across the dam and through the tunnel to the lake on the other side. It is an amazing place for photos and the views are magnificent.

This place is great. The dam and reservoir are very impressive and the views are stunning. We walked to the Wapama Falls what I can recommend. We didn't complete the walk due to our limited time we could spend here. It's also not a very...More

WE were recommended to go here at Rush Creek. The dam and reservoir is very impressive. We had never heard of it and learned how important it was to the development of San Fransisco. This is a trip worth taking for 2 - 3 hours

I only had a little time before I had to head out, but the view was spectacular as I hiked toward the falls.

Hetch Hetchy has a damn and the reservoir, surrounded by beautiful scenery. You can walk across the dam, through a tunnel to a path that will take you to better views and a waterfall. This less traveled area of Yosemite is a gem. Do not...More

We hiked around the Hetchy resorvoir and came across Rancheria Falls. It's a moderate hike but well worth it at the end to come across the bursting falls. Would definitely recommend!

We had the better part of a day open and ventured out to Hetch Hetchy Reservoir. We were in Yosemite during the Detwiler fires and visibility was quite limited. In spite of that, the scenery was spectacular. The reservoir was completely full and water was...More
