Summary: great views of remote, scenic locations, quality equipment giving us confidence over some coarse terrain and a most knowledgable and engaging guide (Kevin) orchestrating the 3 hour tour. My 3 teenage sons, my wife and I had a fantastic time on our private tour of some lesser trekked areas of Zion. We took the morning trip and got started... More

We booked both the AM and PM jeep tours and had Kevin as our guide for both. The AM tour took us out to Grafton to see the ghost town and then up onto Gooseberry Mesa (by way of Cry Baby Hill) and the PM tour took us to Smith Mesa for an amazing view of Zion. It was a... More

The jeep driver / tour guide was excellent! The drive was fun, scenery, excellent, back ground data very descriptive. Also, Kevin provided ice water, and assistance with entering and exiting the jeep.

My husband and I had a great time on the jeep tour. Melissa was great! She knew so much history and interesting stories about Zion and the area. The 3 hr ride felt like 45 min we enjoyed it so much. There were many opportunities to stop and take pictures and also see the sites from different points of view.... More

We booked our tour online & visited Zion during their first heat wave of the summer.😓 After a day of hiking we met up with Lura...she offered us 2 options, off-roading which would have been great had we not just spent the day hiking in the 100+ degree temps or heading up toward Lava Point for a 25-30 degree temperature... We travelled to Zion national park and I wanted to have an off road experience. We went with Safari Outback Jeep Tours and our driver and guide was Kevin. We went on a three hour Sunset tour to Mesa Vista and we all loved it. You have to be able to climb up steep steps to the top of the... More

Our tour guide for the private jeep tour was Melissa. She took us on an amazing trip to Grafton ghost town, Gooseberry Mesa, Smithsonian Butte, and much more. Our tour was booked several months in advance. Having been to the Grand Canyon south earlier, we observed the Pink Jeep tours following along the route that most visitor were taking in... More

Our ride with Kevin was up to the top of a mesa to see Zion from above. Ride was on and off paved roads and very comfortable. We were over 60 and felt it was perfect for our age. Only locals would know how to get to this view. Kevin was very personable and an experienced driver for this type... More

Fun time with Safari Outback Jeep Tours. Kevin was our guide and took us to places we would otherwise have been able to go. After an interesting stop at Grafton, a ghost town, we went off roading. This is not for someone with back problems, but if you can deal with the bumpy roads, it's well worth the trip to... More
