Never miss Fisherman's Beach when we're at Silver Sands! Always make a night of it at LeRoys, food and beer at Julets too. I have a wood carving from almost everyone here. The people are the best and happy to call them my friends!

great to drive to and go for a walk/wander. Couple of local bars with local food, meet the locals midweek. Bit busier at weekends. Very laid back and its free!

This is a place where you can buy authentic Jamaican art. Buy fresh fish party ay Leroys go swimming at the beach or just meet some nice people.

The beach is good and i did have fun swimming but there could be more to it. Just didn't enjoy it that much like i enjoy other beach.

no ..... based on the answer to the other question about Jacob Taylor Beach it's about a 20 minute cab ride

We will be stopping at Falmouth next month on a cruise, and am wondering how far Jacob Taylor beach is from the port?, can we grab a taxi / estimated cost? and is the craft market right there or will I need another taxi? Any other sugestions are welcome!

yes the crafts are right there. also there is a food shack where they sell Uthentic rice and beans with chicken for $5. We actually had Courtney Taylor Tour take us since many people do not know about this area. It was... More
