We spent a lovely afternoon here. Not too busy or commercialized. Parking was easy and the swimming great. The attendants seemed to take a real pride in keeping the beach clean and free of refuse.

Not sure about bus service so you may need to enquire locally: its about 3km from Malia so if you fancy walking.... alternatively you can rent a bicycle or scooteer... or a car.
