If you want to avoid crowded town beaches, you should go there. But don't forget protective coral shoes, your own sunbeds, and umbrella. Stones are really big there, and only with towels, it is uncomfortable. On the other side of the beach, there is a trattoria with amazing local food, portions are big and you have a sea view from everywhere.

If you want an amazing view, swimming in the Mediterranean and nothing else, then this is the campsite for you. Access is tricky but achievable. When booking make sure you know the length of your vehicle, because the pitches and manoeuvring room is tight. We were blessed with extremely good weather so sitting, swimming, sleeping and eating were all we did. Not sure whether we would have enjoyed it so much if the weather had been poor or cold. The amenities are quite basic. From the campsite, the only way to reach moneglia town is by vehicle, bicycle or boat. We planned ahead and bought most of our food with us. There is a small shop and a popular restaurant on site.

This campsite is in the most gorgeous location. You can only access it through a one way tunnel and it is utterly stunning. It has a relaxed vibe and the pitches have great views. That said the facilities are a bit lacking. You need to get to the toilets first thing in the morning to use the only loo roll they provide all day. For over €30 a night we think this is just a bit lazy and can't help feeling that the campsite relies on its location for business (which you can understand!). General cleanliness in the bathrooms wasn't great. Hot water is intermittent but pressure is good. That said the staff are friendly and the restaurant serves great homemade pizzas. The swimming is beautiful and we enjoyed a swim to the amazing restaurant just along the coast near Moneglia. It's called Bagni La Secca. Their calamari was literally the best we've ever had! So all in all great location but facilities were lacking attention. A shame as if it weren't for this we'd give 5 stars!

we stayed in this camping only 2 nights, so far this is my my top stunning camping place for caravan. you have to be high max 3.7m because you don't get into the tunnel according signs. Tunnel heads to Sestri Levante and only one way to the camping entrance. We were 3.9m high and got there, i don't know how, but staff there was so nice and secured me if i can go through the hole to outside of panorama view. We were on the way back because i didn't expect that we have any chance to get through small hole of tunnel to the camping. It was definitely worth of our risk ;-)
