This is the famous black volcanic beach of Santorini. Really popular beach features many restaurants and bars. We loved it.

Loved this beach and found great place to eat. It was too breezy for a swim but the beach had many places to relax and enjoy the scenery.

Black beach was very intersting. The sand was so warm and the sand was rocky and smooth thats what made the beach so interesting. They had food and lots of cocktail like places.

One of the best beaches on Santorini as far as we can tell. Santorini is interesting, in that there is a huge contrast with the two sides of the island. The cliff side is beautiful views but not good swimming beaches. The Perissa side beaches...More

Reminiscent of old Bali, this black beach was relaxing. While most cafes were closed for the winter, a few were open for coffee. Lovely place. Great area to chill out: watch the motor bikes as there’s no footpaths.

This is a beautiful and unusual beach as the sand is black. It is very clean and there is not many vendors offering to sell you s**t. It is pretty quiet......if you can avoid the American back packers who have no self awareness! I wish...More

We rented a car and drove here just to take a look. The beach had nice black sand. Nice areas with chairs and umbrellas to sit and suntan. Lots of shops to look through. Seemed pretty touristy and at high season could be crowded. Worth...More

There's a straight bus that runs from Fira bus station to the beach! If I'm not wrong it runs every 20 minutes.
