Set in the bay of Conca dei Marini, this awesomely beautiful cave is named for the color reflected in the water and offers many fascinating geological structures.

We’ve had a nice visit and tour. After we left, I lost my wallet at the grotta. They all tried to call me and left a message to say that they had found my wallet. Very honest! Many thanks to Roberto Brangi and colleagues.

Nice, but too small...
if you have nothing to do, it is a place where you can cool off in summer ... otherwise it is interesting but very small area visited with the help of a boat.

Imagine stepping into a cave on a hillside in the Amalfi region on a road and encountering an amazing cave with natural light! The guide does everything to delight you, while paddling the boat, puts music and you feel like in Venice ... and with a simple lantern makes you surprises that I will not tell now not to spoil the moment! worth too much !!!! amazing moment!

Well worth stopping on your drive along the Amalfi coast. A unique experience, a cave excavated by nature and enjoyed by everyone who visited. Excellent narration by Capitan Roberto. Thank you.

The boat trip was ok and some nice views but for the distance a bit pricey. But the cave was crass and cringeworthy. The cave was nice enough but seen more spectacular. Really not worth it particularly for a day visitor. Over the 2 weeks we had on Italy this was a water of time and money.

We took the bus from Praiano to the Grotta. There is an elevator from the road side near the bus stop to the entrance down below. €6 entry fee includes a boat ride into the grotta by a friendly man. It was a bit cheesy but fun and would recommend it. Beautiful picture opportunities.

Short boat ride in a circle inside the grotto. CASH ONLY to enter. The line may be long. You have to see this place once - but you don't need to visit twice.

Actually really enjoyed this, got the boat over from Amalfi with "il timone" I think they were called. Really relaxing and quite interesting to see the light as we couldn't make Capri. Driver was funny and sang a lot. Maybe not everyone cup of tea but hardly broke the bank

We planned on going to Capri and their blue lagoon but couldn’t go...instead we found this from Amalfi and so happy we did!
Not too expensive, beautiful ferry ride there watching the coast and more importantly once we go onto the little boat that brought us in the cave had an amazing boat guide, played music in the whole cave l, sang, explained it all and gave us plenty of time for pictures by maneuvering the boat from side to side! GORGEOUS pics ;)

Come funziona? E come ci si arriva da Amalfi? Non abbiamo la macchina. Grazie

Meglio no. Può sembrare brutto stare al buio.

Is it easy to get a tour when we get there or is it better to book in advance? Do they have private tours?

It's a small grotto, but you will definitely want a guide to take you there. The hotels will be happy to help you find a guide. We found ours on the internet. You don't want to drive the Amalfi coast and its towns on your own.

Prezzo 3€ parcheggio.
