This winery, very close to the city of Montalcino, makes some of the best Brunellos around. Their 2010 was incredible. Laura, the GM, loves to give you the true skinny about the locals.

My wife and I enjoyed a special tour of Il Palazzone winery and tasting room in October. The tour guide was very cordial and made every effort to ensure we had a great time. We really enjoyed the wine tasting of the Brunello de Montalcino.
