I am pleased to hear that both of your grand children enjoyed the museum! It is always lovely to know that our younger visitors want to come back. Hopefully we will see you again this summer - have you tried the mine tour yet?

It's worth a visit to this museum. Adults will find plenty of interest in the exhibits , and children will love climbing up and through the simulated lead mines, and pressing the buttons to operate the machinery. Great value for money too.
