Covid restrictions are a bit bizarre - some staff wearing masks some not, extremely understaffed, waiting over 45 minutes for drinks only three out of twelve roulette tables open, no time limits per table for people playing so you have to put your name on a list to play ... if coming with a group I would recommend waiting for covid to be over not a single bit of atmosphere on a Saturday night everyone annoyed - such a shame as out of covid times absolutely brilliant night out …

Me and my friend travelled from Ipswich to play the poker comp/cash. All staff and players were very friendly and the food was amazing too. I look forward to another visit. I would rather drive past other casinos to get to this one. Thank you to all the staff and players for making us welcome.…

We booked to come here for our valentine's meal out as we thought it sounded like a good night out. The advert said we would have a Michael Buble tribute and the menu looked good. Also, free £10.00 worth of vouchers to spend on the tables. Dinner was lovely. We ordered a slow cooked brisket with mash. I had cheesecake to follow and my husband had waffles and ice cream. We also received a free glass of bubbly. I won £5.00 on the table but we dont gamble so didnt spend any more than the vouchers. Sadly, Muchael Buble tribute didnt show despite us waiting around for an hour longer than he was due to show which was a little disappointing. But would come again as good value for £20.00 per person.…

Food was lovely, two of us had the Hunters chicken and it was very nice. Not dry, plenty of topping on the chicken breast. Two of us had the beef which just fell apart it was cooked so well. Puddings were waffles, cheesecake and ice cream, again no complaints. We received a glass of bubbly box of chocolates each and couple of vouchers to play on the tables. …

What can I say apart from the staff cannot do enough to make sure your time spent here is nothing short of perfection, they organised a suprise 50th birthday party for my wife and to say Natalie and Hayley are the most amazing hard working people Iv come across ,they are so good and work tirelessly to make sure you have the best experience, the food and restaurant staff were exceptional, the bar staff did not stop and every single guest that came said how good the time they spent there was . If your looking for a venue then look no than the grosvenor casino Westwood cross , thanks again guys something my wife family and friends won’t forget .…
