An absolutely wonderful B and B in the countryside of Provence. Owners Linda and Chris are marvelous hosts. The inn, renovated by Chris, is a wonderful combination of rustic charm and modern airiness. Cozy sitting areas are framed by large windows that overlook the surrounding vineyards, there's an ancient stone table in the garden for al fresco dining and a... More

This kind of establishment depends as much on the personality and ability of the owner as on the facility itself. Linda and Chris are terrific! She's very knowledgeable about wine particularly about wines of the Rhone Valley. She's a very good cook. They're fun to talk to. The facility is a lovely old farmhouse they carefully restored. For those interested... More

Just back from a fantastic three night ‘wine weekend’ at the Auberge du Vin, a beautiful rustic property set amongst the vineyards with fabulous views of Mont Ventoux. Linda and Chris were the perfect hosts, they made us feel so welcome and couldn’t do enough to ensure we had everything we could possibly need. The weekend was very well organised... More

I spent a few days here learning about french wine on a Wine Scholar Guild course. Linda made the classes enjoyable as well as informative, and we got to taste wines from all around the country. The location is great - in the vineyards with views over to Mont Ventoux, and you can stay there too. Linda runs other wine... More

A third return visit to enjoy being thoroughly spoilt by Linda and Chris. Expertly chauffeured, beautiful surroundings, delightful food, exciting outings, cheery company and top end wine tuition. Already planning next year's trip

I was one of a group of six from Hertfordshire Wine School on a wine tasting holiday at the Auberge du Vin in May 2014. We had a wonderful time learning about the area's wines and tasting some fabulous examples from Chateauneuf-du-Pape, Gigondas, Rasteau, Beaumes-de-Venise and other Rhone appellations. We were very well looked after by Linda and Chris (and... More

Lovely place and lovely people. We went as a group of 13 and had the place to ourselves. It was picture perfect and we were made to feel most welcome. We hired a car and went out during the days to visit the mountains and villages. Eating out wasn't cheap for all of us and didn't have a patch on... More

I would highly recommend staying at Auberge and taking Linda's class on the wines of the Rhone Valley. We spent a delightful day and night at the Auberge - a real gem! The bedrooms were large and comfortable; each of our rooms also had its own bathroom, also a comfortable size. Linda's class on wines of the Rhone Valley was... More
