Great Italian lunch. Several different kinds of pasta and lamb chops in our group. Everyone was very pleased. Very nice server. Their local wine a Chianti of course was quite good. Gorgeous view.

We have visited Fattoria Montagliari many time and never been disappointed. All of the food is great. Please ask to view the Balsamiceria (sp?) for the background and wonderful sweet smells of balsamic vinegar. When done you can taste and buy wine. Then head down the road to Greve to see the maccelleria!

We arrived here for wine tasting and were ignored for around 15 minutes as there were a group ahead of us. No one even acknowledged our presence as they were too fixated on making a big sale to the group in front. In the end we ended up just having a glass of wine and leaving. Pretty disappointing based on... More

Dinner with friends means abundant portions but here you will find both quality and quantity. Vertical wine tastings recommended.

I had communicated with David Migliorini via email prior to our trip to Tuscany. Based on the reviews on Trip Advisor, this seemed like a wonderful stop at a winery in Chianti. I am so disappointed that we wasted an evening here. It was nothing like we had hoped. I had arranged to have a tour between 6:30 - 7:00pm... More

Just looked this place up again... I went about 2 years ago, and still remember how incredible the wine is there.. and the FOOD, and the people, and the rooms. Such a great experience. Gonna order a case of that delicious Chianti Reserve right now!

Complete random, blind luck brought us to Fattoria Montagliari. Had some time to kill before dinner reservations in Panzano and had not hit a Tuscan winery yet so... pulled in to this nice looking place. Our only regret is that we didn't have more time to spend there. And eat there. The food looked amazing. The owner, David, made me... More

We had the pleasure of dining at Montagliari. This has been the best meal that we have had in Italy. It is a family owned business with fresh local ingredients and amazing wine. The staff is very friendly and I would highly recommend this restaurant. We will certainly be visiting again on our next Italian holiday!

We had an amazing visit! The lunch wild boar pasta and Tuscan steak was amazing! The owner David was warm and friendly! The tasting room small and welcoming! The wine was really good so good I had some bottles shipped home! Worth the visit and yes I would go again!
