Very soft sand plenty of sunbeds and lots of places to grab a drink or snack.
Good spar shop just before you go onto the beach nearest to the marina.
Waters lovely clear and shallow so very child friendly.

We had €150 euros but no card on us. We had to leave, as no cash payment allowed. Ridiculous! Especially when their beach cafes take cash!
No information sign until you get well into the beach, very small print towards the bottom of the large sign. We won’t be bothering with Puerto Rico beach again. The walk to Amadores beach is well worth the effort and they take cash! Lots of quality beach bars too.

Great to return to the Morasol. Located at the marina the Morasol provide everything and more you need for a relaxing holiday. Spacious, bright and modern apartments with well equipped kitchen - microwave, coffee maker etc. Great balconies and terraces. Lovely friendly and professional staff.

Lovley Clean area always warm Beach is very clean and tidy 10.50euro for two sun beds and umbrella
Loads of places to eat and drink really friendly place all round.

The beach has super soft fine sand, only a very few stones.
It's kept pretty clean but unfortunately there a quite a few cigarette butts left by the monsters who couldn't be bothered to take them away.
We hired two sunbeds (hamacas) and umbrellas for the day for €10.50 (the signs say they are €4 each, but they were €3.50). It's card payment only and there are people who will come to your bed to take payment.
The bay is roped off but you can still swim out a fair way. The water was really clear and calm. There are lifeguards.
Toilets are free but grim. Take your own paper, you might need it. Go with a companion to stand guard because not all the locks on the doors work.

went a couple of times we were staying in Taurito it was very hot down near the beach with no breeze , but really enjoyed walking around and a few beers .

I’ve given this a 5/5 purely because of the amount of water. Tbh, I wasn’t expecting water because every other beach I have been in Europe has had zero water!! Definitely recommend if you want a beach with water, but if you are like my partner and like beaches with no water, give this one a miss. 💧💧💧

We’re in Puerto Rico at the moment on a two week break. The jewel in the crown is this beautiful golden beach with crystal clear water.Lots of people use it in the day. And at 6/ 7pm all the locals go down to the beach with there families, lots of drinks & food & the families range from the very young to the very old. The sea is at its warmest & there’s hardly any tourist at that time. Also on the right hand side in the day is lots of different water sports to suit all pockets & the glass bottom boat that goes out every 30 minutes from early morning until 6pm. which suits the none sun bathers on the beach. In the tourist part of the day there 5/6 cafe bars open at the back on the beach, who sell food, drinks, ice creams etc. there also a few spar supermarkets to help with any thing you need for the beach or when you leave. So drag your selfs away from the pools & have hours of fun & relaxation on Puerto Rico beach & it won’t cost you a penny for a great day out !!!

Absolutely fantastic beach. Such clear greeny blue waters, enclosed bay. Activities such as pedalos, canoeing, paddle boards. Sun loungers 4 euro's to hire for the day. Plenty of discreet bars and shops around the bay. Can't fault it.

The old shopping centre is closed for upgrading they where working on it the last few wks I was there , for now only a few restaurants in it are open due to covid with curfew at 10pm and in talks for another full lockdown

Yes it is hilly but the taxi are cheap and plenty off them it's a lovely place I'd love going there plenty of entertainment take the risk and go and see for yourself enjoy

From the beach walk through the park, then you see a shopping Center (10 min) hold the shoppingcenter on your left hand and 5 minutes futher there’s a new shopping center with a very good supermarket, this is a really must do.
They are selling candy from € 0,10 to a bottle Whiskey up to € 4.300,- (no typing mistake), a large room special conditioned wines and very expensive champagne but also Evert thing you need ( its a very big shop) and very fresh.

Cuando la playa esta repleta de amacas y sombrillas si no hay sitio se pueden apartar las amacas y poner tu toalla Ellos cobran por usar las amacas pero NUNCA pueden cobrarte ni privarte, por la porcion de arena que uses, las playas son publicas y mas con la ley de costas, No nos dejemos intimidar el ayuntamiento no deveria permitir estos abusos, ellos que tengan las amacas y el que quiera que coja las que desee pero no invadir la arena desmesuradamente si os encontrais asi apartais las amacas y poneis las toallas si no nos espabilamos acabaremos que pondran una cadena y a pagar por entrar en la playa

Supongo que se podrá hacer no creo que tengan propiedad plena, no se si disponen de autorización municipal para usar determinada porción de playa, cuando nosotros estuvimos sobraba playa para ambos asique no me vi en ese problema.

Tbh most people bring a big towel or blanket and sit on the sand which is very soft.
