The falls are wonderful. We visited and it was wet and misty - going underfoot was quite slippy in places. A good walk but a lot of it was spent picking our way through. Hope to visit again when dryer.

This is a lovely walk of approx 4.5 miles in length on well kept clear pathways. You get great views of the waterfalls and was a great opportunity to take some photographs. Much appreciated ice cream van about half way round.

A fantastic walk along a stunning route, with a "wow" around every corner. There were only a few other walkers which made it even more special - I'd imagine on a summer weekend it would be packed which could detract from being able to pause...More

Great day out for most ages. Check the website before visiting as there is great information given. Easy to find, good car parking, refreshment along the way, beautiful scenery and most of the walk is along the river bank for the best views of the...More

The trial is just stunning. My 5yrs old son had managed to walk it through, but it may be challenging for some people. We spend there 3.5hrs, walking most of the time and having two short rests. Beautiful views, fresh air... and a lot of...More

A great walk with some amazing views and photo opportunities. At times it's a difficult walk, especially the steps down on the return leg. Be prepared to take a packed lunch as the cafe at half way was expensive although we only had a coffee...More

Beautiful walk, but it was rather slippy and very steep in places. The views were stunning. Not for the faint hearted but well worth the effort.

This was a truly breathtaking walk, with many waterfalls and a view of the Yorkshire moors. We took our dog and it was very pet friendly but you do have to put onto the lead for some parts due to live stock. We arrived about...More

This was my first visit and I really enjoyed the views of the lovely waterfalls. A fair few steps up and down to the top. Also be prepared for a few more ups and downs on the way down. It is well worth completing the...More

There's just a cafe at the entrance which is quite nice. I feel for you - I have just sprained my ankle, two days before our family holiday 😡

Dogs are more than welcome. Saw lots of lovely dogs on our walk. There's a lovely little part of the falls near to the end of the walk where they can have a splash and cool off! Just please remember your poo bags!
