The dramatic beauty of the Pennine moorlands, featuring quaint villages, dry stone walls and beautiful cottages, is an added bonus to the mischievous antics TV viewers have come to expect from the Summer Wine characters. The exhibition incorporates Compo's house, and has original props and photos along with a timeline of the whole series from the very beginning till the end of the show. 295 episodes of everlasting humour. A must see when in Holmfirth also do the tour bus very good some great places on the trip and well up in the moors and Sids cafe just still like the series from the outside fantastic

Very nice small exhibition. Brings back memories of watching the shows on a Sunday evening with my Dad. You can go into Compos lounge and take photos outside on the steps of Nora's..

East to find, small entrance fee worth every penny, loads of props, photos and other memorabilia,could have spent even longer there.Anyone who remembers the programme will love it i would recommend it and i will be going back.

This nice little exhibition contains a lot of information on the show and contains many of the props used in filming. Part of the exhibit is in "Compo's" actual bedroom. There is also a behind the scenes film that is about a half hour long...More

You can spend hours in here watching the Summer Wine video & looking at props from past episodes. We loved it & will visit again in the future months.

The exhibition is well worth a visit old shows shown on TVs a lot of the old props used in episodes are shown inside.
