Getting to Warth from Lech takes under an hour for the average skier. Lots of sunny, undemanding skiing, with a few steeper runs down from the top of the Wartherhorn Express. Generally quieter than Lech, particularly during the week.

The extended ski area really adds to lech skiing experience, but might be a tad limited if you only stayed there without buying the lech pass

Huge skiing resort as it is now connected to the Lech resort with Warth having better snow on and off-piste due to perfect sun exposure.

I was able to attend a research conference here for a week. Really nice people, warm atmosphere, nice rooms, and great food. The window views were spectacular and the snow was great.

Did a day trip here and location has some interesting terrain, not for great off piste skiing but has potential. Good lift system and very modern. Restaurants and food, drinks very good.

We were in the region before as well as after the connection to the Lech/Zuers region. The Warth resort has now much improved and is probably one of the largest regions in Europe.

This was our third time skiing at Warth and this time we brought some friends to share this delightful ski area. This resort is great if you are an intermediate skier or like off piste skiing. It is a relatively quiet resort but has enough umbrella and hotel bars to entertain you apes ski. The link with Lech and Oberlech... More

Welcome addition to the Arlberg ski pass. Accessible from Lech (get the bus at the 2nd stop not main lifts). Lots of good blacks and reds but always a pleasant blue alternative. Most of the skiing is above tree line so probably worth saving for a sunny day. Slopes are mainly north facing and very quiet so snow tends to... More

If you choose Warth, you’d better be aware you are going to be in the shade. The slopes are all north facing, so no sunny slopes. The hotels that are close to the lifts are all in the shade, you probably get 2 hours of sun between 10-11:30 in the morning. So don’t expect relaxation or a nice lunch in... More

If you're in the VorAlberg Ski Area, I would definitely recommend a trip over to Warth Schrocken. Our trip was generally low on snow, but this small area was quiet nad had some of the best quality slopes. In need of a break, I would recommend the HochAlpe Hutte, where the food was fresh, tasty and local, served with a... More
