Amazing deals, great service!

Everyone was super helpful, the shop was great with catering to racing athlete needs! You are able to test the new seasons’ skis for racing which is great as well.

Great service - binding repair.

Great service - arrived with own skis with a broken binding, knowledgeable technician who was very helpful. Friendly shop, one of us had a headache so they gave us an aspirin and a lollipop.

Good price, poor service

The place is at the end station of the bus, it takes some 15-20 minutes to get there from the mountain.
The variety of goods is not much better than near the lift, at the uphill point, or thou it is slightly better. The prices are for sure better: something you will find as a promo price next to the uphill will be a regular price here.
As everywhere in this area, snowboarders are not really welcome: the variety of choices is really small and the real snowboard brands are not present.
My only disappointment was that I had to wait too long when one customer had to be served.
I fully respect that customer, but there should be more sales managers then or some questions can be asked at least... sorry, I will not go there again..

This is a small but nice shop in the region. You can find stuff for skiing easily and the prices are better than alternatives in Mayrhofen.
