All went well at the booking office who took credit cards, to asking other passenger how the train got it’s name. It was a super trip and the Munster in Bad Doberan is a must.

No need to pay double for a ships excursion! From the ship, get to Bad Doberan by bus or even quicker, a train. Check their website for current timetables and decide which stops and for how long you want visit each one. Great scenery leaving...More

We took a bus from the port, and had a wonderful ride on the Molli Steam Train, which was about a 30 minute ride. It was a very nice excursion.

You probably can get to Bad Doberan by bus from Warnemunde but I would recommend going by train, and you can get a group ticket for up to 5 people which would cover this journey and your onward journey to Lubeck. A... More
