The scooter ride to the beach was great and the steep track down to the beach was totally worth it. The black vulcano sand is beautiful and the beach is so peaceful and quiet. Highly recommend.

Black sparkling Sands, crystal clear waters and breath taking views both landward and seaward. A very nice spot for a snorkel. Take sun cream and water.

Access is very difficult through a ravine, and only for fit young people. The beach is small, very touristic and noisy. Beware of many stinging jellyfish in the sea!

You should rent a car/motor/quad and take the road (the only one on the island) to Gelso. It will be indicated on your left. You will need to park your car on the side of the road. You can also take a taxi to get there. Then... More
