We took the ferry from Geiranger to Hellesylt and had an amazing view of this beautiful cascade. It is the showpiece of the fjord and a must do for photographers.

I was on the auto ferry on my way to the Union Hotel in Geringer when we passed the spectacular Seven Sisters waterfalls . It is a must see in my opinion.

Stunning view of nature at its best and most dramatic. Snow capped mountain yards away with water cascading for up to 7 flows 5 in full flow on this visit 2 just a trickle but well worth it.

As our cruise ship left Geiranger it stopped and did a 360 degree turn at Seven Sisters falls so that when the ship had turned through 90 degrees it was easy to see the falls on both sides of the Fjord.

We rented a small motor boat and were able to view it from the fjord. Although it was overcast and a bit cold and windy, we still had a good time and it was a great way to experience Geiranger fjord.

Like the fjords, glaciers and waterfalls of Norway, it is a something of you have to experience in person. No photos will do the spectacular scenery justice.

Another incredible waterfall in Norway. This one has some history, which we heard as we rode the ferry into Geiranger.

How do you pay for the ferry. We have USA dollars and credit cards. Will we need to change money? We'll be there on May 18 th , this week 2017. Thank you!

Norway likes you to pay by credit card for most aspects. The tour companies can be approached directly and the local tour offices are very helpful. You only need the Krone for simple drinks. Norway is expensive.
