There's nowhere quite like Aintree Racecourse, home of the world famous Randox Health Grand National. Steeped in history, drama, triumph and achievement, it is simply unique. The racecourse also hosts 5 racedays, outside the Randox Health National Festival, as well as conference and event for up to 3000 delegates.

I have been to Aintree quite a few times and you always find a decent enthusiastic crowd which gives the place a terrific atmosphere. The paddock is easily viewed and you can near the horses no matter how busy it seems to be. There are...More

Really helpful and kind staff. Plenty of bar areas at the back of the course (don't even bother with the bars inside). Brilliant value for money, races and Jess Glynne, Fab!!

A group of us visited for the races on a Friday night. Quiet on arrival but soon filled up to create a good atmosphere. Kaiser chiefs followed straight after the races and were very entertaining.

I attended the world famous Grand National steeplechase this year at Aintree, near Liverpool, UK. It is a beautiful, world class race course, which holds a couple of race meetings throughout the year. By far the most important is The Grand National Festival, 3 days...More

Pretty sure its about 10am at the latest when the gates open. They have all sorts going on including a 'walk the course' event so everything is active from quite early on. Parking is nearly impossible on the day, use the... More
