Just been in here to buy some fruit and their product is amazing! I've stocked up on Fruit and Veg, prices are brilliant too and their cherries are absolutely amazing!

We loved it, but not so much the crowd of people. Even though it was super crowded, we were able to enjoy looking around at the beautiful fruits and vegetables. We had some terrific cherry ice cream, and sampled the port wines. They were all wonderful which made it difficult deciding which ones to buy. We wandered the grounds a... More

The kids absolutely LOVED the ice cream here...we back more than once. There was a huge variety of fruit, veg, and other foods. Around the corner of the shop is a tasting area for their wine and ports, and an absolutely stunning rose garden.

Mrs Jones's fruit shop is a feast of fruit and vegetables, nuts, dried fruits, choc covered hokey pokey, manuka honey, cosmetics, fresh fruit icecreams, tea, coffee, cold drinks, wine. You can also fill your water bottles. Great toilets, lovely flower gatdens and the kindest Lady owner you will ever meet. Chrissy

We stopped at Mrs. Jones' Fruit Orchard stand with a coach tour. It appeared to be just at the right location for a comfort stop, and there was a lot to buy. We were most impressed with the well-tended garden in the back. Secondly, we liked the cherries which were offered in different qualities and prices. We stood in line... More

The cherries were delicious and local, but must of the other fruits are not. A lot of tour busses stop there so if you want a small "authentic" fruit stand this is probably not your place. But it was great for a snack on the road!

This service stop has a very small number of locally produced Honey and Preserves. Most of the preserves were from a company in the North Island. Not local Central Otago. Do not stop if you wish to purchase local.
