As a long time and very experienced offshore fisherman I was very dissapointed in this trip. This trip was extremely overpriced for what you get out of it. The 28' Panga is horribly uncomfortable (after a ten hour trip I felt like I had went 12 rounds with a gorilla, the Captain is either doesn't know what to do in... More

Fished with Luis for 1 day and and his partner the second day, both days Chepe drove. Boat was a panga typical for the area. It did have shade which was great. After reading some of the other reviews was really expecting 2 excellent days of fishing. However they do call it fishing and not catching. Each day we caught... More

Without a doubt the best offshore fishing trip I've ever been on! We couldn't stay in motion for more than 2 minutes most of the day without a hookup, many of those being doubles and triples. Captain Chepe and his first mate were awesome as well. Definitely put us on the fish and kept us there. This trip will be... More

We went out on a reef trip with Capatin Luis and crew. We were able to catch Jack Craval, Tuna and the highlight of the trip were the seven Rooster Fish. I had seen them caught on TV shows and had always wanted to catch one. This made my year! We landed seven. We are already planning a trip to... More

I am from Guatemala and normally billfish at Itzapa (sailfish bay), and we were in El Salvador for a week with some family members and staying at Decameron Salinitas. One week at Decameron was a bit too much since we couldn't get out and do as much as we wanted, however my cousin Frank suggested we go fishing and we... More

Went to El Salvador to a friend's wedding and decided to go out fishing for a day. Luis picked us up on time at the hotel and took all 6 of us out for a day of fishing. As we were heading out to deeper waters, still a few miles from what Luis said was the perfect place, 1 mahimahi... More

This was my first time fishing, so I didn`t know what to expect besides being out in the sea for several hours and being too inexperienced to catch anything. Luis Vilanova and the crew of FISH EL SALVADOR took it upon themselves to prepare me well, and ultimately I caught three Mahi Mahis and one Yellow Fin! The experience was... More

This was easy some of the BEST fishing I have done in years. With Captain Chepe' and crew working the boat the action has very few lull points. The only remotely bad part of the trip was getting caught in a rain shower. The mahi mahi were small but plentiful and the yellow fin we caught put up a great... More
