The owners, brother and sister, couldn't have been more friendly and accommodating. We sampled several cheeses and enjoyed our time. Stop by if you are going to Pienza

I have been to this cheese shop three times during the last 5 years. Each year I buy 3 wheels of the grass covered cheese. Have not been able to return to Italy last two years, and am dying to order some cheese. I now have their website and order form, BUT it asks for a tax code number. Anyone that can help me please do. Hope to be able to go back this spring, but need cheese now.

The owners (Brother & sister) speak English and are very friendly. Regardless of how long you ask questions regarding the cheese. Fantastic selection and you can taste all.

We stopped in the Zaccheria Pienza just because it looked interesting and we're delighted by the decision. Warmly greeted by the shop owner, we were shortly sampling from a huge bounty of various Peccarino cheeses and sampling olive oils! What a fun experience! Enjoy, your tummy will thank you. ...

We stopped in here while meandering through the quaint little streets of beautiful Pienza. There was the largest selection of various types of pecorino cheeses that I have ever seen! The best part was being able to sample some of them. We tried one with an "ash" rind that was simply fantastic! The shop also offered a large range of olive oils in various containers at reasonable prices, great to bring home for souvenirs (most are in glass but some are in tin cans). Definitely stop by this shop while touring Pienza. (And DEFINITELY visit Pienza if you're in this area of Tuscany - it's so beautiful).
