Full-Day Private Tour to Saturnia Bath and Montemerano Village From Rome

In this tour, you will have a different experience when you get the chance to swim in Saturnia Bath and visiting one of the most beautiful cities in Italy Pitigliano The region surrounding Pitigliano is typical of the Maremma and the territory ranges from the border with the Lazio region up to the Volsini mountain range, a typical tuff area. The city, in fact, borders to the north with the municipality of Sorano, to the south-east with the Lazio region and, in particular, with the municipalities of Farnese, Ischia di Castro, Latera, and Valentano, while to the west we find the town of Manciano.

in mid September we visited Corano's vineyard and were hosted by Tiziana and also met her father, the premier winemaker. it was a delightful visit with the tasting of their irresistible reds Sangiovese, Acheo, and Cabernet and also their olive oil. we make a small purchase which has now arrived at our home in Pennsylvania in perfect condition. Many thanks to Tiziana for her hospitality and enthusiasm. we hope to visit again some time in the future. Charles and Peggy

Our visit to the Villa Corano Winery was an incredible journey into the history and development of the local wines in the Tuscany region. The information provided by our hosts was entertaining as well as educational. We were treated to the most incredibly wonderful wines as well as a smorgasbord of delicacies of the region, goat cheese , pork neck, boar loin, flavored with a delectable honey to accompany the the various types of wine. Oh, it was the best wine tasting adventure that I have ever attended.

We stopped by at 4:30 on a Friday and started to turn around because the door was closed but Stefano came out of the house waving and proceeded to lead us through a fantastic tasting with wine, cheese, wine, meat, and wine. Oh, and did I mention the wine? Excellent! Grazie Stefano!

After a small trip in Pitigliano we went to this charming idyllic wine farm and got to taste some amazingly good Tuscan wines. We had a gathering in the back garden, had some food to each type of wine and was able to buy some of them after the tasting for a nice price. Really authentic and absolutely recommended.
