Just been to Gardaland, absolutely fantastic experience! Theme park was amazingly clean. We walked on all the rides, hardly any queues, if there was a 10 minute queue, then we just did something else and came back to it later! We each did over a dozen rides and could've done more if we weren't soaking up the atmosphere of the place! We left happy and content that we had done everything we wanted. Thank you to the amazing staff, we can't wait to come back! Greetings from Ireland! Grazie!

We liked it , there were no big lines nor crowds.only thing we didn’t like is that main restaurants close at 3pm which is to early . All other fast food places had very low quality food.
Pepa Pig land was a big hit for youngest members

A holiday-ruining experience. We booked online, hence assumed (as you do) that we would be able to get something back (at almost 40 euros each). Surely, if the place is full, they'll say that that date is sold off? But no. Their business model is to let as many people as possible in - with no regard for capacity and number of staff employed - then take the money and run. The children managed 4 very average rides (Mammut, Pirates, Cinema and a water ride) in a whole day becuase of the waiting times, plus the queueing for overpriced food. You end up being exusted and feeling you have been robbed. Unless you want to fork out another 20 Euros each to jump the queues. A total disgrace.

Awful place. Totally unsuitable for impatient children. Queues, Queues, Queues. Park rides - 30 mins to 2hrs queuing per ride, toilets - 10 mins, burger - 40 mins. You can queue for a fast track ticket for 30 mins to save some time off the main queue for a ride in their complex system. It can take 15 mins to walk from one ride to another.
Spent something like 300 euro bringing the whole family, Between 6 of us we averaged 3 five minute rides each over the day 11am - 6pm and we were wrecked after it from all the queuing and walking. How on earth is that worth so much money.
The place is enormous, they just keep letting people in even though though the rides clearly don't have the capacity. And their ride booking system is terrible. Fast track system was broken for some rides after quing for ages. A complete and utter racket!

What a lot of people don’t understand is that a) theme parks have rides with long queues and if the weather is suitable and if during the weekend then you can’t do anything about it, and b) almost every theme park I visited has a fast-queue system, and if you want then pay for it, if not then wait in the line. As for the review now. The Jumanji Experience is over-rated and not worth the wait, the video material on some of the rides should also be at least in English (subtitles, maybe?) as you don’t understand the story behind the theme of the ride, some rides were closed up until noon, even though the park opened at 10am, and left us without a few rides, which is cruical if the working hours of the park are to 5pm (which honestly was too short). All in all, a good experience. For those who complain about queues and expensive food or drinks (which all in all wasn’t even that expensive) - it’s a theme park, and for 50 euros you get a lot.

Huge crowd at the entrance, without any control. Waiting for rides cca 1 hour. Long waiting time even for rides that are not the attractive ones. Terrible experience, an absolute waste of time and money.

Gardaland is the perfect destination for those who wish to stand in endless queues for everything, whether rides, food or beverages, in the scorching Mediterranean sun. You will get to experience authentic Italian chaos and abstract organisation, but at the same time enjoy the numerous German speaking visitors as they become ever more frustrated and aggressive at the lack of organisation. Nothing is clear for the inexperienced visitor, so that there is in fact a two layered system, with a priority line to all rides for those who had the good sense to pay extra for a VIP pass. This will teach children at a tender age, that there are those fortunate ones, and the others less so, and in the end it is the fault of the poor that they have such miserable lives. In our visit of several hours, we managed about 4 rides, that would be one ride per hour, the rest was spent on queues.

If being robbed of your cash in exchange for nothing (45 euro each) is your thing, look no further than Gardaland. 1 hour and counting queues for most attractions, made slower by those who pay extra... to jump the queue! Yes, there is an extra ticket for queue jumpers ! We stayed 7 hours, managed 5 rides... no wonder there is no costumer desk anywhere or they would be flooded by complaints.
Better to get a football and a picnic and enjoy the lake!

For this price, the working time should be longer, at least 19 o'clock. Waiting queue is to long and we have been waiting in the queue 60- 90 minutes for one attraction, so we didn't have time for all the attractions, we passed only half of it. I am so dissapointed.
It is not enough time, and they know it, but they don' t care, they just want you to pay the overpriced ticket for lousy service.

The rides are acceptable. We did Mammut, Magic house, the rapids, Corsar ship and several others. However, they are disonhest as they let far too many people in in order to create massive queues (over an hour each) so that people have to pay 20 euros extra each to join the fast queue instead! They create the problem and get you to pay to resolve it.
Go elsewhere, there's plenty to do in Italy.
