We took a canal boat trip which took us to the Rufford top lock and it looked a really nice place to take a walk along the canal. We will definitely be visiting again soon.

Wonderful example of Victorian ingenuity the way the locks work.Idylic spot in the summer time just sit and enjoy the view.We also come here to visit the ship inn which is next to the locks, but sadly due to a fire it's closed at the moment due to re-open in June 2019.
