Perfect excuse to get out of the car and stretch your legs while enjoying this kitschy claim to fame. We happened to drop by on a Saturday when a farmers market was taking place and it was absolutely worth the stop.

Was a nice stop - just don't drive by!! We enjoyed taking photos and relaxing around the rest area. Good place to check out whats happening in the local area too (information boards).

Stretch the legs and get a photo. The best time is when the local farmers market is on. You can see everything from the road, but it is still a good place to stretch the legs

Yes it's a large fly rod, but one you won't find anywhere else. This attraction is located Amongst well kept gardens of beautiful flowers and the attraction itself is unique.

This was a random stop on our drive back to Alaska. It's surrounded my a pretty nice park, and makes a great place to stretch your legs and take a cool photo.

Pretty neat to see. Nice walk in the general area of the fishing rod. I can only imagine the size of fish you could catch with this.

It is exactly as it shows in the pictures. Just a rod on the side of the busy highway! Was not to entertaining or informative.
