I had no clue that an Iguana can swim! If you are around Fajardo don't miss the Humacao laguna. Rent a kayak and follow the interpretive circuit and watch for the wildlife and botanical wonders around you.

In the hotel in Humacao, the nature was excellent. I loved all the animals and insects and the beautiful beaches with the palm trees. The water was so pure and clean.

We spent an hour walking around the reserve. The palm trees were gorgeous and the steep climb to the look-out tower rewarded us with a nice view of Money Island. Next time would consider renting the bikes.
