Didn't know this existed until advised by our accommodation hosts we should visit. Beautiful, tudor style 'village' atmosphere as you walk in, a real surprise, then an extensive range of liquors, schnapps and vodkas to sample. Will all depend on your personal taste but all...More

This is the second time we have visited the distillery to try and purchase their exquisite liqueurs. If you love liquorice, you must taste the Dutch salted liquorice one. Another favourite is the wattle toffee and another is the chilli chocolate. There are too many...More

Character-filled inside and out. Gets quite busy and you may have to share a tasting glass with your partner, and there may be spontaneous accordion outbreaks of song if a visitor has a birthday but it all adds to the charm of this place run...More

Their schnapps and vodkas are award winner. Have a hard time deciding what to get as they all taste so yummy and delicious. The bottles are beautifully drawn by the lady owner. Lovely garden. They close early, 3pm if I remember right.

Definitely a must see, and do. From the tall Russian Style gates, that large buses couldn't enter, you know immediately that the owners like smaller groups visiting their almost European fairy-tale village, the buildings are so quaint! As are the sculptures, fountain and gardens. Are...More
