Awesome

This place is fantastic. A proper old fashioned inn where the staff are friendly and care. Beer is cheap and good. Everyone should give this a go. Loyalty cards make it even cheaper. Buy 10 get 1 free

Visited as part of a football following. Old style and perhaps a bit tired/dated and in need of some tlc. Eelcoming so cant complain. Has potential with some attention.

End of the Lane

Used to frequent this pub after playing Saturday league football. We used to have a great time here so I was interested to see how much it had changed. To be quite honest it hasn't changed that much - they still have the snooker tables and the décor still looks the same. Still full of vocal locals and the atmosphere is lively. There is a good selection of beer which are reasonably priced. One of the locals told me they had a members scheme where you got 20p off a pint of beer each time - I'll drink to that!

Good day

We went here before football. A coach load of fans came and we were warmly welcomed. There was a good selection of beers and the pub every thoughtfully provided free chip naps for everyone. Thank you to everyone for making it a relaxed fun time.

dated
Aug 2016 • Friends
This pub is dated and requires a refurbishment. The bar staff are friendly but the customers in here are much to be desired! this pub was recommended to us by some one at Ribby Hall village however we would not return as dated decor and unsavoury customers, so no more!!!

Great food, low prices

Great gastro-pub just outside of Preston. A little noisy, especially as I went while there was an England game on, but nothing more than you'd expect from a pub.
A huge mixed grill for only £12(ish), where can you go wrong?
